Eight tools. One sequence.

What’s included
Nine files. Eight tools plus a Start Here guide.

The Start Here guide maps each tool to the chapter it supports and explains why the sequence is not optional.

Tool 01
Organizational Authenticity Canvas
The foundation. The leader authors the organization’s identity in four elements: traits, vision, target market impact, goals. Every other tool builds on this.
Tool 02
Leader Identity Workbook
The leader authors their own identity within the organization. Five parts ending with a non-negotiable Mirror conversation.
Tool 03
Identity Authorship Workbook
Each team member authors their identity within the organization. Five steps from received context to authored commitments.
Tool 04
Commitment Clarity Canvas
Used before a significant commitment is accepted. Verifies the four conditions: choice, clear object, capacity, identity connection.
Tool 05
Stewardship Conversation Canvas
The monthly or quarterly review of how a team member is stewarding their authored identity. Bidirectional by design.
Tool 06
Development Conversation Canvas
Distinct from stewardship. Surfaces deepening, broadening, or re-authoring of identity over time.
Tool 07
Incentive Clarity Review
Annual examination of whether incentive structures support or undermine identity-based stewardship. The leader’s accountability tool.
Tool 08
Identity Alignment Conversation Guide
Used when sustained drift between authored identity and observable behavior surfaces. The conversation that names it directly.
The one rule Tool 01 before Tool 02. Tool 02 before Tool 03. The order is not arbitrary and the sequence is not optional. The Start Here guide explains why.
What comes next
The recommended sequence.
